SCREEN PRINTING:

Screen Printing (or silk screening) uses ink to create designs on garments. This process is ideal for both small and large volume projects that involve cotton or poly garments. We can print Full Front, Full Back, Left Chest, Right Chest, Above Pockets, Side Prints, Sleeves, Leg, Back Tag, Back Name, and Lower Back.

EMBROIDERY:

Embroidery creates needle-and-thread works of art. It delivers a level of sophistication. Great for taking your project to the next level especially your polos, backpacks, hats and more. From 1,000 to 100,000 stitches, our commitment to producing superior embroidered apparel is rarely matched. 

LARGE FORMAT DYE SUBLIMATION:

At its core, dye sublimation uses a heat-generated printing process in which heat is used to transfer complex artwork onto polyester dry fit fabrics. The result is a crisp, well-defined, and brighter image that keeps our customers coming back for more. 

SPECIALTY VINYL NAMES AND NUMBERS:

Heat applied vinyl, foils, glitter and specialty printed designs are some of the most economical and quickest options available to decorate a uniform, shirt or hoodie.  We have sourced numerous materials and multiple options from the best manufacturers in the U.S.A. It ain’t like that Old School stuff the others guys use… Typically, you won’t even know it’s there.

VECTORIZING:

Vector images are used in most aspects of graphic design and are the preferred format for Screen Printing. The reason for this is that while a bitmap image can look great on the screen, which usually has a resolution of about 72 pixels/dots per inch (DPI), it will normally have to be scaled by a factor of 8 or more when printed since modern printers routinely produce resolutions of 300 pixels/dots per inch or more. Vector images can be scaled without any problems while bitmap images cannot. Often times the art we are presented with can be duplicated or fixed somehow. However, there are instances where the only alternative to get the best end result for printing is to have the artwork vectorized. We do charge additionally when this occurs.
