Screen Printing (or silk screening) uses ink to create designs on garments. This process is ideal for both small and large volume projects that involve cotton or poly garments. We offer specialty inks such as water based (Eco Friendly), neon, glitter, shimmer, foil and metallic ink printing.

We can print Full Front, Full Back, Left Chest, Right Chest, Above Pockets, Side Prints, Sleeves, Leg, Back Tag, Back Name, Lower Back, Numbers and Shorts.

If you know anything about Screen Printing, you know a lot can go wrong. It’s extremely important to feel good about your order. Once your order is submitted the art department prepares digital proofs, ink colors, and print sizes. After your review, we correct any changes before printing begins. Your order will be completed between 5 and 15 business days after art approval.

At its core, dye sublimation uses a heat-generated printing process in which heat is used to transfer complex artwork onto polyester and polyester blended fabrics. The result? A crisp, well-defined, up to 128 colors, and brighter images that keep our customers coming back for more. The uniform or shirt will wear out before the ink does. Another big benefit here is that you don’t lose any of the properties associated with printing plastisol inks on new wicking and sports materials so popular in the marketplace today.

Vector images are used in most aspects of graphic design and are the preferred format for Screen Printing. The reason for this is that while a bitmap image can look great on the screen, which usually has a resolution of about 72 pixels/dots per inch (DPI), it will normally have to be scaled by a factor of 8 or more when printed since modern printers routinely produce resolutions of 300 pixels/dots per inch or more. Vector images can be scaled without any problems while bitmap images cannot. Often times the art we are presented with can be duplicated or fixed somehow. However, there are instances where the only alternative to get the best end result for printing is to have the artwork vecrorized. We do charge additionally when this occurs.
